These Terms of Service govern use of Habit Garden, a wellness and life-tracking app for daily reflection, habit check-ins, meal signals, garden progress, rewards, and optional connected health data such as Oura.
By using Habit Garden, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
Habit Garden is intended for personal wellness reflection and habit tracking. You are responsible for the information you enter and for using the app lawfully and respectfully.
Not medical advice
Habit Garden is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any wellness insights, meal scores, Oura summaries, or habit feedback are informational only. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, nutrition, fitness, or mental-health decisions.
Connected services
Habit Garden may let you connect third-party services such as Oura. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. You may disconnect third-party access through that provider or by contacting us when applicable.
Accounts and availability
We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of Habit Garden as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service useful and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
User content
You retain ownership of information you enter into Habit Garden. You grant us permission to process that information as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Habit Garden and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
